20+ Years Building in DFW — A Background That Matters
Retaining walls are a structural problem before they are a landscaping one. Nathan came to them from building houses.
Nathan has lived in the Fort Worth area his entire life and is based in Keller. He started in construction in 2003 with Lennar Homes and moved to DR Horton custom homes in 2007, building residential properties across North Texas.
That foundation — years of building homes from the ground up — gives DFW Retaining Walls a structural and engineering perspective most retaining wall contractors simply do not have. In 2015 he moved to DFW Retaining Walls and Pool Demo to focus solely on retaining wall systems and pool removals, and has practiced that specialty for over a decade since.
What he says he enjoys about it is straightforward: seeing a customer happy after the crew has finished a wall that will stand for decades, or after a family has reclaimed a back yard from a pool nobody was using any more.
Away from work, Nathan is married to his wife Gracie and they have two daughters, Isabella and Olivia, plus their dog Pancho and cats Willow and Mister. He is a serious Mavericks, Cowboys and Rangers fan, plays golf when there is time, and travels with the family.
